About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Venue and Show Fundraiser to join our team at Charity Link. As a Fundraiser Van Driver, you will be responsible for driving our charity-branded van to various events and shows across the South of England, interacting with the public, and securing donations for our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit fundraising targets and exceed expectations
  • Drive to shows, events, and venues, setting up and dismantling equipment as required
  • Collect equipment and ensure it is stored safely
  • Interact with the public, building rapport and securing donations
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, to maximize fundraising opportunities
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a motivation to reach and surpass targets
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Full UK driver's license and ability to drive a medium-sized van
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
