Job Title: Field Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Specialist to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy and driving business growth in the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans to support sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to prioritize marketing efforts and optimize the use of marketing campaigns, tools, and materials
  • Design and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new contacts and convert them to leads
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports and insights to inform future programs
  • Support the execution of detailed event plans in the UKI region, including lead capture and follow-up
  • Develop and refine the annual event strategy for the region, analyzing past event performance and making recommendations for future events
  • Communicate feedback from the field to Marketing leadership to drive campaign and messaging evolution
  • Make recommendations on how to allocate regional marketing budget on a semi-annual basis

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of direct experience providing regional or field marketing support, preferably with B2B technology companies
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • At least 2 years of experience with tradeshow execution, including logistics and promotion of the event
  • ROI and goal-driven
  • Comfort and confidence with making decisions quickly
