About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Console Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our console players, resolving complex issues, and shaping our console workflows and help center articles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist console players with inquiries and issues via chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain console-friendly support policies and workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for support representatives on console policies and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on common console issues and trends to improve the customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and updating console-related help center articles and FAQs.
  • Participate in playtests and provide feedback to improve our console offering.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in console support, preferably in the games industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with confidential customer information.
  • Strong knowledge of PS5 and XBOX environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
