About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Console Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our console players, resolving issues, and shaping our console workflows and help center articles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist console players with inquiries and issues via chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with our product group to develop console-friendly support policies and workflows.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for support representatives on console policies and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on common console issues and trends, providing feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and updating console-related help center articles and FAQs.
  • Participate in playtests and provide feedback to enhance our console offering.
  • Act as a liaison between our product group and console player base, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in console support, preferably in the games industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working with confidential customer information.
  • Strong knowledge of PS5 and XBOX environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Passion for video games.
