Job Title: Console Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Console Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our console players, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist console players with inquiries and issues via chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain console-friendly support policies and workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for support representatives on console policies and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on common console issues and trends, providing feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Assist in creating and updating console-related help center articles and FAQs.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in console support, preferably in the games industry.
  • Comfortable with social media and online communication channels.
  • Experience working with confidential customer account information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Advanced typing skills.
  • Passion for video games.
