We are seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Marketing Strategist to join our team at BMS Performance.

About the Role

  • This position is responsible for driving visibility and conversion via Paid Media across the Enterprise Customer Segment.
  • You will manage paid media budgets and strategic agency partners, overseeing SEM/PPC, Digital Display, Programmatic, Paid social, Content Syndication, and affiliate marketing channels for the business.
  • Working closely with the SEO and Content Marketing Manager, Regional and Local marketing teams, Performance media agency, and content and copywriting teams, you will utilise data and insights to guide future campaigns and develop best practices.

About You

  • You have 5 years of digital marketing experience from B2B tech or Marketing Agency.
  • You are passionate about understanding what Enterprise customers are doing online and why.
  • You possess strong communication skills to translate data into actions.
  • You have experience working in a large matrix org and great stakeholder management skills.

What We Offer

  • A salary of £55,000-£65,000 per year.
  • Bonus and pension benefits.
  • A hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in Staines office.
