Job Description

Exec Recruitment Solutions is currently working with an award-winning law firm to fill a Plot Purchasing Assistant position in their fast-paced new build team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, be willing to learn, and be able to handle a broad range of work, prioritizing workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate plot purchasing processes
  • Collaborate with fee earners on client files to ensure seamless plot acquisition
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of plot purchasing activities
  • Review and finalize client onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with lenders and other stakeholders to facilitate plot financing
  • Exchange contracts with developers and other parties involved in plot purchasing
  • Attend site visits to support business development efforts
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
