**Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to provide exceptional customer service
* Order searches and report to clients, lenders, and Help to Buy
* Liaise with lenders regarding mortgage offers
* Assist with administrative tasks to support the new build team
