Job Opportunity

Exec Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Plot Purchasing Assistant to join their fast-paced new build team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth execution of client transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, fee earners, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Collaborate with fee earners on client files, prioritizing tasks and managing workloads
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client transactions, from initial instructions to exchange of contracts
  • Review and finalize client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, supporting the team's operational efficiency
