Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plot Purchasing Assistant to join our client's fast-paced new build team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to fee earners, ensuring seamless communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person to provide exceptional customer service
* Order searches and report to clients, lenders, and Help to Buy
* Liaise with lenders regarding mortgage offers
* Assist fee earners with administrative tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects
