About the Role

Exec Recruitment Solutions is currently working with an award-winning law firm to find a skilled Plot Purchasing Assistant to join their fast-paced new build team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, be willing to learn, and be able to handle a broad range of work, prioritizing workloads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Collaborate with fee earners on client files to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client files and transactions
  • Review and finalize client onboarding processes, including ID checks and paperwork
  • Order and report on searches and other necessary documents
  • Liaise with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Exchange contracts with developers and other parties
  • Communicate with sellers and developers to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements
  • Capable of working on their own initiative
  • Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
  • Strong team player
  • Able to confidentially represent the firm when speaking to clients
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to manage own workload
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Data entry skills essential
