Job Opportunity

The Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Manager to lead our flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing a large team of store managers and driving business growth through exceptional customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations and ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Lead and motivate a team of store managers to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management with a minimum of 3 years at a senior management level
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
