About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Retail Manager to join our team at Flannels, a leading luxury retailer in the UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a large team of store managers and driving business growth through exceptional customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of store managers to achieve sales and profit targets, while maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set store goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury and premium retail.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
