About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Store Director at Flannels, a luxury fashion destination for men and women. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance, and leading a team of store managers to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Leadership and Management: Develop and coach store managers to achieve success, holding them accountable for performance and providing guidance on business objectives.
  • Commercial Awareness: Drive sales growth, control costs, and stock loss, while maintaining a strong commercial awareness of the luxury retail industry.
  • Development and Succession Planning: Identify and develop internal talent, creating clear succession plans to ensure business growth and continuity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a large team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level.
  • Vast knowledge and passion for luxury retail, including building brand relationships.
  • A background that demonstrates ability to increase sales and profits, control costs, and stock loss, while managing senior managers.
  • Proven track record of internal progression and development.
  • Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
