About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team in Argyll and Bute as a Lived Experience Rehabilitation Worker. This role involves providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group, using your own lived experience to connect with and support others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients on their recovery journey, using your own experience to build meaningful relationships and develop trust.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained, developing relationships of trust while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Use your driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel to clients' homes and communities.
  • Hold SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (as required for SSSC registration purposes).
  • Work towards managing your own caseload, helping clients to achieve their individual goals and ambitions.
