About the Role:

Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our service in Campbeltown provides support to people to lead a good quality of life in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to manage daily life, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care in the comfort of people's own homes, respecting their choices and wishes.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking caring individuals who have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in their community. You do not need professional experience to join us, as we provide comprehensive induction training to all new team members.

Benefits:

  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata).
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile.
  • Carr Gomm will cover the cost of PVG application and reimburse the SSSC registration fee for all new workers.
