Job Title: Rehabilitation Worker - Recovery Support
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Worker - Recovery Support. This role involves providing high-quality recovery care to a diverse client group, utilizing your own lived experience to support others on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships of trust with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
- Provide intensive support pre-residential rehabilitation, support throughout the placement, and intensive support in aftercare
- Work with clients to achieve their individual goals and ambitions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recovery communities
Requirements:
- SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (as required for SSSC registration purposes)
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to develop relationships of trust with clients
- Non-judgmental and committed to learning new skills
