Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our established and forward-thinking Child Health Neurodevelopmental team in Argyll and Bute. The successful candidate will work in a lead role to provide specialist clinical assessment and intervention within the Neurodevelopmental ADHD service to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist clinical assessment and intervention within the Neurodevelopmental ADHD service.
- Work autonomously with high-level decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of children, young people, and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse on the NMC register.
- Experience in Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
