As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being. The successful candidate will work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and will be required to drive as part of the role.

The Rothesay Responder Service is a dynamic and rapidly growing service that aims to provide an effective and efficient way to respond to known risks and unplanned events. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, reducing the need for hospital admissions and ambulance call-outs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive home-based care to clients with varying needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote client independence and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to management

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company car and opportunities for professional development.
