About the Role

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant and bar areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their dining areas, providing accurate wait times and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in accordance with our company standards.
  • Promote and up-sell our Food & Beverage outlets to guests, and complete administrative tasks as required.
