We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at The May Fair Hotel, a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of London. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

About the Role:

· Assist with restaurant reservations and table allocations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

· Deal with VIP bookings and special requests, providing a personalized and attentive service.

· Assist with training for new team members, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.

About You:

· Previous experience of working in a high-end food-led operation is essential, ideally as a Host/Hostess.

· Be competent with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.

· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, with impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.

· Passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in keeping up to date with the latest food trends.
