We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team at The May Fair Hotel, a 5-star Radisson Collection Hotel. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless restaurant operations, and supporting the team in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Support the team in managing restaurant reservations and table allocations
  • Ensure the service and operation remain seamless, with a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction
  • Deal with VIP bookings and special requests, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with training for new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

About You:

  • Previous experience in a high-end food-led operation, ideally as a Host/Hostess
  • Competency in IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, with a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests
  • Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and a passion for food and beverage
  • Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken
