We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our 5-star team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

About the Role:

· Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

· Manage restaurant reservations and table allocations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

· Deal with VIP bookings and special requests, demonstrating a high level of discretion and professionalism.

· Assist with training new team members, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.

About You:

· Previous experience in a high-end food-led operation, ideally as a Host/Hostess.

· Proficiency in IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros, with a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

· Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills, with impeccable command of the English language.

· Passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
