Job Title: Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and escort guests to their dining areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote and up-sell our Food and Beverage outlets to guests, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
