About the Role

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to the dining areas, providing accurate wait times and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Answer telephone calls and email enquiries in accordance with company standards, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Promote and up-sell Food & Beverage outlets to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
