Host/Hostess Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort guests to their dining areas, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote and up-sell our Food & Beverage outlets to guests, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
