About the Role

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, a luxury hotel located in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their dining areas, providing accurate wait times and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Answer telephone calls and email enquiries in accordance with company standards, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Promote and up-sell our Food & Beverage outlets to guests, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required, maintaining accurate records and reports.
