Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at Whitcomb's, our high-end restaurant. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional arrival experiences for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escort guests to their tables in an elegant and professional manner, including assisting with coats and bags as required.
  • Take a disciplined approach to table return times, communicating effectively with Floor Managers to ensure smooth and efficient table turnovers.
  • Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco, and Micros.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a high-end food-led operation, with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. You will have impeccable command of English, both written and spoken, and be able to work well with others as part of a team.
