Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant with Additional Training

EdEx is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and progressive Primary School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with a range of professionals, including SENCO, therapists, and counselors
  • Attend weekly training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Support students across various school phases, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable University
  • Strong understanding of SEN and ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
  • Previous experience in a SEN setting or personal experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Outgoing, forward-thinking, and creative personality
