About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales to join our team at Drooms. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform strategic decisions
