About the Role

Man Group is seeking a skilled HRIS Transformation Specialist to lead the delivery of transformation projects within the People/Human Resource function. Reporting into the Head of Finance and Corporate Technology, you will be responsible for the hands-on operation of Workday Enterprise Management Cloud and other technology applications.

The successful candidate will have experience in configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking, Core HCM, Talent Management, and Security Modules. They will also have experience with report writing within Workday HCM and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot core People systems, including ERP, Recruitment, and Talent tools.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop change initiatives, system roadmaps, and requirements.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Configuring and optimizing Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking, Core HCM, Talent Management, and Security Modules.
  • Experience with report writing within Workday HCM and Power BI.
  • Previous role in a People function where significant change has been successfully implemented.
  • Knowledge and experience of Human Resource process design, with an understanding of what "good" looks like.
  • Exposure to technology and a desire to work in technology-enabled Human Resource transformation programs and learn about how technology is transforming People functions of the future.
  • Experience in leading teams through significant change.
