Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trainee Car Sales Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the Car Sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in car sales and possess excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will earn up to £50,000 basic salary, with opportunities to earn an additional £30,000 through over-time payments. You will also be eligible for a company car and other benefits. To be considered for this role, applicants must have solid experience selling finance products and warranty, as well as results-driven mindset and strong communication skills.

In this role, you will:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and maximize revenue
  2. Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  3. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Car Sales department
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in car sales, with a focus on finance and warranty products
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
