Job Description

This Senior Performance Manager will lead key accounts strategically and act as a linchpin to deliver holistic and comprehensive digital media output on behalf of our clients. This role works collaboratively with other practices within T&Pm whilst also harmoniously orchestrating the various specialist performance teams within the agency (including the Integrated Digital Activation, Performance Planning, Data & Technology and Business Intelligence).

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day performance of media initiatives, ensuring business and marketing objectives are met and clearly reported on. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction of media initiatives, meeting brands' business objectives through adopting a performance mindset and instilling this behaviour across the team.

We are looking for a talented individual who can accurately forecast across integrated, multi-channel campaigns with a focus on meeting client KPIs and targets. In addition, they should have a proven record of successfully managing and delivering against challenging digital KPIs, experience in managing and developing a team of digital specialists, and a deep knowledge of landscape, technology, and operations of digital media.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
