As a Senior Consultant, you will lead client-facing projects, drive revenue growth, and foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead high-profile client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, on-budget performance, and exceptional results.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client business by providing expert guidance and making strategic recommendations.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, driving mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations.
  • Team Management: Manage project teams, ensuring seamless workflow, optimal performance, and exceeded expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (2:1 or higher).
  • 5-6 years' relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in integrated communication practices and earned media.
  • Experience working in multi-agency teams and chairing large meetings.
