Schools Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Schools Partnership Manager to work with students and staff in Wandsworth, London.

About the Job
  • Lead 1:1 and small group sessions focused on literacy, comprehension, and exam preparation to improve students' academic performance.
Key Objectives
  1. Support students with essay writing, critical analysis, and exam techniques to enhance their understanding of English language and literature.
  2. Develop collaborative relationships with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress to inform targeted interventions.
  4. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress.
Salary and Benefits

£480 - £550 per week (Term-time only)

Job Requirements
  • Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree in English or a related field from a top 30 UK university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
