Literacy Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Schools Partnership Manager to work with students and staff in Wandsworth, London.
About the Job- Lead 1:1 and small group sessions focused on literacy, comprehension, and exam preparation to improve students' academic performance.
- Support students with essay writing, critical analysis, and exam techniques to enhance their understanding of English language and literature.
- Develop collaborative relationships with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress to inform targeted interventions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress.
£480 - £550 per week (Term-time only)
Job Requirements- Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree in English or a related field from a top 30 UK university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
