We are seeking an experienced English Teacher and Literacy Lead to join our dynamic team at a well-established mixed secondary school in Brent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English at KS3 and KS4 and leading literacy initiatives across the school. The department is well-resourced, and the leadership team is supportive and collaborative.

This role offers a great opportunity for someone eager to impact students' academic progress and literacy. With a strong academic track record and excellent behaviour, the environment supports both student success and staff wellbeing.

We are looking for a qualified English Teacher able to teach KS3 and KS4 with experience or interest in leading literacy across the curriculum. Formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) and legal right to work in the UK are essential.
