Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Learning Disability Program Assistant to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a program assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality programs and services to young people with learning disabilities or autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the development and delivery of programs, ensuring that all participants feel supported and included.
  • To work closely with colleagues, families, and carers to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the overall success of our programs.
  • To contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, or psychology) and experience working with young people with learning disabilities or autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: 12 Park End Street, Oxford, OX1 1HH.
