About Our Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Learning Disabilities Assistant to provide one-to-one and group support to students with autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters the social, emotional, and educational growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with communication and other requirements as needed
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to develop and implement personalized education plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with autism and learning difficulties
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support and promoting student autonomy

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
