Job Summary

HONOR is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team in Reading, UK (with relocation to London in Q4 2024). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing office administration, supporting our facilities suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, including reception duties and mail handling.
  • Support facilities suppliers and coordinate daily tasks.
  • Prepare and publish internal communications on various topics.
  • Manage office layout, including desk assignments and cabinet allocations.
  • Arrange meetings and events, such as birthday parties and company gatherings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid work permit required.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of office-related activities.
  • Resourceful, independent, and detail-oriented individual with good time management skills.
  • Computer literate with MS Office Application skills.
  • Good team player with ability to work under pressure.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
