About the Job

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can multitask effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. You will be working closely with our front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient day-to-day operations.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $40,000-$50,000, based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, responding to their queries and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures and revenue management
