Vulnerable Adults Specialist Lead

As a Vulnerable Adults Specialist Lead at First Clinical Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safeguarding of adults is prioritized across our Trust. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting a culture of safety and supporting staff to identify potential risks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist knowledge and guidance to Trust staff on safeguarding adult policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective Safeguarding Adult protocols to ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance adult protection.
- Contribute to risk management strategies and provide advice on safeguarding adult issues.
- Liaise with teams to develop and deliver training programs focused on adult safeguarding.
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
