Mental Health Lead for Vulnerable Adults

About the Team: Our Adults Emergency Duty Team provides critical support to vulnerable adults in crisis situations. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP).
Your Role:
- To provide high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults in need of emergency support
- To work closely with colleagues to assess and manage risk, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working in adult social care, preferably in a safeguarding role
- Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Our Offer:
- A competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, plus a £3,000 increment for AMHP warrant
