Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Adult's Mental Health team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults.
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to work with us in Enfield, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with vulnerable adults, managing their care, writing reports, and liaising with professional bodies. A strong background in post-qualifying experience in a similar role is preferred. Key requirements include HCPC registration, 1 year of experience, enhanced DBS, and eligibility to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with vulnerable adults to assess and meet their needs
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Write comprehensive reports on client progress
- Liaise with professional bodies to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Qualification in Social Work or related field
- Post-qualifying experience in a similar role
