Vulnerable Adults Support Specialist

As a Community Case Management Professional, you will provide support to vulnerable adults, working closely with them to identify their needs and develop tailored plans to address these challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Care Act 2014 and MCA assessments, as well as Section 42 evaluations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

A salary of $50 per hour (PAYE payment options available) is offered for this role, along with parking and accessible public transportation options. A hybrid work arrangement allows for flexible home-based work.
