Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for case load management, completing reviews and assessments, working effectively with other professionals, ensuring the protection of vulnerable adults, and promoting service users' choices, control, and independence. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing case loads and conducting regular reviews and assessments
- Collaborating with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes
- Ensuring the safeguarding of vulnerable adults
- Supporting service users to live safely and independently in their own homes
- Assessing and reviewing existing service users placed in care homes
- Reviewing residential, nursing home or day centre placements
We are looking for an individual with post-qualifying experience as a Learning Disabilities Social Worker within the UK social care industry, HCPC registration, and 1-2 years of post-qualifying experience within the UK social care industry. Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance is required, and eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
