We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Curriculum Enhancement Officer at Education Matters Group in Hackney.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and facilitating enrichment activities that promote the development of learners' broader skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and facilitate a range of enrichment activities for students
  • Supervise social areas and support the Enrichment team
  • Ensure equal participation of all members of the student body in youth and community work activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £16.71 per hour
