Key Responsibilities
  1. Curriculum Development:
  • To design and implement a rigorous and engaging geography curriculum, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • To develop and deliver professional development opportunities for teaching staff, enhancing their subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
  • To review and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, making adjustments to optimize student outcomes.
Teaching and Learning:
  • To deliver high-quality lessons to students, adhering to the school's curriculum framework.
  • To develop and implement innovative teaching methods, enhancing student engagement and outcomes.
  • To provide regular feedback and guidance to students, supporting their academic growth and well-being.

The salary for this role is £43,689 - £60,488 per annum, plus up to £10,000 TLR.
