Curriculum Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves in Lewisham. As a specialist, you will be responsible for teaching and learning EYFS students in a unique curriculum that promotes cognitive flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum materials to enhance student learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters emotional intelligence and well-being
Requirements:
- First-Class Degree in a related subject from a Top 20 UK University
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Teaching and Learning or higher equivalent qualification
- Prior experience teaching EYFS students in London, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices
