Performance Enhancement Officer

We are looking for a talented Performance Enhancement Officer to join our team at Investigo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and performance enhancement in a large organisation. You will work closely with the Performance Analyst to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the development of a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Skills
- Experience of working in a performance or continuous improvement environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management frameworks and be able to apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
