This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our clients who requires support in their own home in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with various conditions, including MND, NIV, suctioning, cough assist, and medication management.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide person-centered care and support, adapting to the client's needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • To work collaboratively with the clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a support worker with complex care experience
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care
  • Adaptable and professional approach to supporting clients and family members
